Chocolate Cinnamon Mousse
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or any sugar free yoghurt your choice)
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine and mix well. Enjoy alone or with fresh berries.
